The 250 lb barrier

You have got to be kidding!  I went down less than a pound.  250 seems to be a barrier I can’t just break.  Now, this past week was full of short runs and I didn’t stay on top of my diet.  Gee, do you think that could that be the reason?

Ok, I have 20 miles scheduled for this week. That should break me through the 250 barrier.  I am only 15 from my first major weight milestone.  Once there I can figure out the next goal.

As the title says, almost below 250. Only 15 lbs to my first weigh in milestone. I have been keeping a steady pace. I can’t believe I still dropped this week, since I had one failed run and way too much cheese! I curse you fancy cheese!

The weight loss is great and I plan to keep it going. The question is, how do you tighten the skin up? Maybe I should look into P90X or Insanity.

Striking distance of the 240s

Biggest Drop Yet

5 lbs in a single is my best single week drop.  Finally a Sunday where I didn’t climb back up.  This puts me back on pace to be at my first milestone weigh in by Thanksgiving.  Here’s to life!

2nd Weigh in

Ah the elusive 259!  I will get there this week I hope.  I don’t know the last time I was this low.  235 is the first goal line.  Once I get there it will be time to evaluate again.  My biggest fear is loose skin.  I guess it will be a good problem to have.

The First Weigh In

2.8 pounds isn’t bad for a first check in.  I need to pick up the pace to get to my first goal weight of 235 by November.  If I can get there I will need to reward myself with something fitting.  I don’t remember the last time I was that low.
